Lewes Finishes His First Of Two Necron Monoliths.

Here is the first of Lewes Two Necron Monoliths he has recently finished, this has taken him some time to do, but he has finished it at last. He initially was going to do this a metallic colour to match the rest of his army, but after drybrushing it completely with Boltgun Metal he decided that it didn't look right, so he started all over again.

This time he painted all the panels of the model with Foundation Paint Orkhide Shade, he then painted the Gun Turrets on each corner with Tin Bitz and Boltgun Metal. He then painted the arch over the top of the crystal and the parts on the rear that were going to be gold with a layer of scorched brown first, he also picked out the glyph on the front with scorched brown.
