This Cant Be Legal.......Or is It?

Happy with my selection of the Space Marine Chapter of the Ultramarines as my army to model and play with, We started looking into our first proper game, It was my nephews birthday soon and we had agreed to have a birthday party for him, with a game of Warhammer as the main theme of the party. My nephew was going to field his army of the Tau Empire, I had my Space Marines, Lewes had his Necrons, we also invited along couple of their friends, who brought along some Chaos Space Marines and some more Space Marines, we decided to play a game of "Bring What You Have Got" and have an all out battle.
