Gifts of Mork - eBay Gamers Give Charity Auction Event - Supporting Help for Heroes.

With the "Gifts of Mork" eBay Charity Event rapidly approaching (23rd of September 2011), I thought I would take a moment to let you all know what exactly our family will be doing as our own little bit of fundraising for this event.


We have decided that any profits from our auctions (100% of them) will be donated to a charity based in the UK called "Help for Heroes" if you dont already know this charity this is what they have to say about themselves.

"Help for Heroes was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The message of the charity is simple: We are strictly non political and non critical; we simply want to help. We believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better."


I'm sure that all you fellow table top generals and warriors out there will agree that this is indeed a most deserving charity.
